Dalcon quoted us for an electric shutter installation, and associated work. The project took three times the quoted time; they only gave us a few hours a day. They also installed a light and did not take into consideration that it would shine directly into the neighbors house. Also, when two of the shutters could not be installed, and we had to re-order, Dalcon refuses to finish the job stating that they were accommodating us by performing it in the first place. Why did Dalcon take the job then and charge me over $3000 and refuse the complete the last $350? This was a terrible experience and now we have to pay more to get the job done. I would not recommend Dalcon. Proceed at your own risk.

This is an electrician who clearly takes pride in doing a good job. I needed an EV charging outlet installed in my garage, and they did an excellent job of it, at a lower price than many in the area. A year later, my AC managed to melt part of my main panel, and they were able to replace the panel in a matter of just a few days, just in time for the next heat wave. They responds promptly over email, text, or phone, and they are good about providing at least a rough estimate for price before scheduling a visit. Very happy with them and will definitely turn to them first the next time I need something done.
