Got a reply with a service call quote and optional dates. Agreed to the fee and choose a date and time. Hertz confirmed and today the technician Russell showed up on time and diagnosed the problem and quoted a very fair price to repair that included the service call fee. 20 minutes later my refrigerator was working again. I’m super happy.
