SUPER DISAPPOINTED after initially being impressed.
Delta did a whole house re-wire for us a few months ago. The main electrician, Michael, did great work. He was professional, courteous, clean, and thorough. So, we hired Delta to come back and install 2 simple bathroom fans.
This time, however, our experience was MUCH different.
The Delta electrician left a huge mess in both bathrooms. They did not even attempt to clean up after themselves. We returned home to find drywall dust everywhere in the bathrooms, and a thin film of dust covering the rooms and hallways adjacent to the bathrooms.
In addition to the dust, the electrician left filthy handprints and pencil marks all over the ceilings.
When our landlord reached out to Delta to ask them to fix their shoddy work, Delta’s response was to dismiss the complaint and say it was our fault because we didn’t, essentially, move our toothbrushes.
I’m not kidding. They blamed all of the aforementioned poor cleanup effort on us not moving our small toothbrush caddy off the counter.
I have called and left several messages with the Delta office, as well as one of their project managers, and still no reply or follow up.
Still waiting... a week later.
If Delta will make this right, I am happy to base my review of 5 out of 5 stars on the whole house job they did for us, which was outstanding.
