We burned out a circuit on a Saturday Night and reached out to Altap along with several other regional electrical companies Sunday AM. Got a pretty high quote from one other company before we heard back from Bahram at Altap. His flat fee plus parts pricing and quick response on a Sunday morning sold me. He came out within a couple of hours and fixed our issue in about 45 minutes. My wife and I were very impressed with his kind manor and quick, knowledgable, and professional help. I work graveyard shifts at my job and a huge part of my job is to make sure everything is running smoothly. Well the other night we had a storm and our power shut off but we have back up generators, however they haven't been used in so long they weren't working either and for our company that's a BAD thing cause we need our machines running all day all night.
