Next day they sent Ace, tech. He was so nice and patient. Explained everything well. Definitely use this company again!!

My experience with Nick at Electrica was fantastic. He was fast to respond, honest, communicative and stayed until the job was finished.

Work to be done -- I am preparing my finished garage to become my new home office. In order to do that I needed to add multiple power outlets on a new 20amp circuit along with a 30amp circuit for a mini split AC/Heat Pump to be installed later.

Experience -- Nick was able to come out and give me a quote very quickly. He offered a lot of expert advice to help in my decision process and helped me avoid some unnecessary spend. He was able to start work the very next day which was amazing. I work in tech, but have a lot of hands on experience working on my home and consider myself a knowledgeable consumer. I peppered Nick with questions during the installation process and he was glad to explain what he was doing and why. The workmanship and parts he used were all top quality. We ran into some roadblocks due to my home being older, but Nick came up with solid solutions and spent several extra hours to complete the project.

Overall, I'm extremely satisfied with the service experience, competitive pricing and final results. I will not hesitate to use Nick/Electrica again!

I am impressed with them as a whole company. We had our whole HVAC system replaced. Efficiency would be a good word to describe the process. From the quote given to us and to the installation team. Everything went smoothly and as promised. Installation was completed in one day.
