Our automatic icemaker in a side-by-side built in refrigerator/freezer went crazy and leaked all over the freezer, causing a massive covering of icicles on everything. Richard was very polite, thorough, and professional in diagnosing the problem. He found that the icemaker was leaking water all over the freezer due to a shorted-out motor. He shut off the water to the freezer, located the part from a local supplier, installed it carefully, and now the freezer is back to normal. My husband and I cleaned out all the icicles. Richard did a great job! No more frozen tundra!

We discussed various AC units available and they gave very good and honest advice. The new Mitsubishi Inverter unit was professionally fitted in time and old unit was taken away by them. This is helping to maintain the room temperature and humidity at a very comfortable level irrespective of outside temperature ( Unlike my old unit which was for cooling only) I was so happy with their work and the price that I got a new AC unit fitted by them in my son's bedroom.
