Very unprofessional company. They backed out on confirmed quote saying we have received large implementation project and all resources are deployed to that project. Before that they became un-responsive for almost a week and stopped responding to my email and calls. Attached is the signed and approved quote snapshot which ENE is now saying that I didn't agree and that caused them to back out which is completely false statement. Negotiations are part of all the deals and we had the negotiations as well and we agreed to a price and signed the quote later.

Power House Electric performed an assessment of the power supply and usage at my apartment building. Since one of the apartment tenants was experiencing partial power outages, they were called in to analyze the problem. It took them a little time but they found the source of the problem and got it all fixed the same day.

He was very professional about the way he dealt with us and there was no room for misunderstanding about what we expect from his work. He always return calls if either I or my wife have any question and that was really a big thing if you are a customer. If he missed a call he made sure he got back to you. We like his professionalism and will not have second thoughts of hiring him again.
