Victor and team provided excellent service in a timely manner. We purchased a home that had original knob and tube wiring that needed to be fully replaced. Victor’s team managed the entire process including permits with the city. Within a few weeks we had updated wiring that was all within city code for San Francisco — and our place has a great modern feel from lighting that enhanced all of our rooms AMD outdoor space. Works very fast, and they're very attentive to detail. I initially requested a quote for a Tesla Wall Connector installation where they ask for photos of my main breaker, sub breaker if any and location of where I want the Wall Connector installed. They replied back with a reasonable quote that covers the permit and fees associated with it. Jaime Flores, the technician, then came on my scheduled appointment and explained to me what he needed to do. All done great!

Never showed up.... first time they said there was a work emergency, then he was going on vacation, so he was going to send one of his guys out. He scheduled another walkthrough and... he never showed up. I called and texted him to see what happened, he said he emailed me. Turns out they never had our email so lied about that, then even though confirmed via text and they never showed up he called me rude for being hesitant about rescheduling a third time. So I had to leave this review. Unfortunate.
