As a bldg manager of multiple units I’ve had my share of electrical issues n varied electricians I’ve worked with but the team at mega electric displayed professional and attention to details throughout the entire process on working with our units. Their knowledge n skills ensured that every issues I had was swiftly diagnosed n even shared to me simple hacks I could have done by myself. Got connected to All Bay Solar through Sun Power. We decided to go with Sunpower because their panels as well as the 25year warranty are some of the top in the industry.

We appreciated Carlos (the founder and President) coming to our house to sit down and do an in-depth consultation within one week of reaching out to Sunpower. We contacted Luminalt and Occidental and their wait times for consultations were over a month and installations were not available until 2020. Their quotes for similar builds were significantly more than All Bay's.

Install was smooth and quick. Our only issue was that there were some hiccups with email communication and we would have liked a little more structure after signing the contract from the team. I chalk it up to them being a small company and being extremely business. I provided this feedback to Carlos and he was very open to it and saw to it that they improve their processes.

Overall a positive experience, and I'm happy with my decision.

Really appreciated the help with a Tesla charger install. While the technician had to come back with an additional part, they came back quickly and he was extremely kind.

New piedmont house with electrical issues. Called several electrical contractors and had several WIDE ranging bids for the work which left us unsure how to proceed.... seemed like some just wanted to sell us things we don't need. Called Nathan and he was able to explain our options and MORE IMPORTANT, was able to provide us with alternative solutions that fit our needs and budget after the home purchase. Honest, reliable and very pleasant. HIGHLY recommend!!

Excellent work in my home, dealt with our useless old wiring and got everything working perfectly (with some lovely modern upgrades). Always on time, always had the rights tools and parts with them (unlike others!), great people, easy to discuss things with, and excellently priced for what you get.

I am extremely picky about details - these guys did a phenomenal job, nice and tidy, and definitely one of the most thorough and professional installations I've seen. I've used a few electrical contractors in the past - Fergal and the Urban Energy team will always get the call in the future.
