The sales people in the office, however, tried to insist that they had to use a universal charger and APP, because they only sell Coil products. The technician knew likewise and got the product and installed it. I got what I really wanted and saved a lot of money! They adjusted the bill without question or comment. I am now very pleased but the only Stars that I can give are for the technicians!
