Harry and Alex have gone above and beyond with their work. They are great at communicating when and where they will show up, what type of work they have been doing, and what you need to do going forward for maintenance if necessary. When I say they went above and beyond, I mean that my housemate accidentally blew a fuse on New Year's Day, and Harry and Alex were at the house within 15 minutes to identify the issue and fix it, and we haven't had any issues since then. It was incredible. They also handled a potential headache with the permitting office and got everything done quickly and with minimum work on my end. I love their professionalism and will be happy to hire them again.

they gave me a quote same day for a subpanel upgrade after sending them pictures — they then came out 2 days later and got the job done in a little over half a day with 2 guys. was very impressed with their efficiency.

The girl on the phone was very communicative, and the electrician who went to my house was very expert and diligent in fixing my breaker that needed replacement. Its always a little scary hiring people to do work on your house and putting so much trust into them. Honestly, this company was so prompt and responsive that it gave me a lot of confidence to work with them. The guys who came out were really friendly and knowledgable. We actually needed Comcast to come over afterward to help fix our internet and the Comcast guy said that he's seen some really bad electrical work in the past and that the job Momentum Electrical did was really well done. We had a great experience. We'll definitely be reaching out again in a couple weeks when we want to install our chandelier!

Never showed up.... first time they said there was a work emergency, then he was going on vacation, so he was going to send one of his guys out. He scheduled another walkthrough and... he never showed up. I called and texted him to see what happened, he said he emailed me. Turns out they never had our email so lied about that, then even though confirmed via text and they never showed up he called me rude for being hesitant about rescheduling a third time. So I had to leave this review. Unfortunate.

Called to schedule service. Guy answered simply said “we are booked for two weeks right now,” and hung up. Poor. Willing to change my rating if I experience better customer service.

Chris Murtagh and Paganini Electric were professional, proactive, reliable, and effective throughout our office build out project during this most difficult time of the pandemic. Even with arduous safety protocols surrounding work during COVID, Chris and staff made the transition smoothly and were flexible throughout; offering candid suggestions for our best interests. The final product was superb and we've had no electrical issues nor do we expect any. Thank you, Chris, and team at Paganini. Outstanding!!! There was an initial glitch in the DAS that they had installed. However, when they were made aware of it they came back and went above and beyond to rectify the problem.
Reid was in constant communication with me about the project. I never once had to pester him about the status of the project....which I find more and more rare these days with some vendors.
Their installers were right on time and very professional. Very important in the hotel that I work in.
Will absolutely use them again.

Extremely unprofessional company. They lay off employees discreetly, without offering any severance package or notice period. My acquaintance was sacked within 2 hours, with no prior intimation or severance package. This company needs to be dragged to US Federal Court.
