Victor and team provided excellent service in a timely manner. We purchased a home that had original knob and tube wiring that needed to be fully replaced. Victor’s team managed the entire process including permits with the city. Within a few weeks we had updated wiring that was all within city code for San Francisco — and our place has a great modern feel from lighting that enhanced all of our rooms AMD outdoor space. As a bldg manager of multiple units I’ve had my share of electrical issues n varied electricians I’ve worked with but the team at mega electric displayed professional and attention to details throughout the entire process on working with our units. Their knowledge n skills ensured that every issues I had was swiftly diagnosed n even shared to me simple hacks I could have done by myself. I would highly recommend mega electric for any of your electrical issues whether minor repairs or complex installation.

Never showed up.... first time they said there was a work emergency, then he was going on vacation, so he was going to send one of his guys out. He scheduled another walkthrough and... he never showed up. I called and texted him to see what happened, he said he emailed me. Turns out they never had our email so lied about that, then even though confirmed via text and they never showed up he called me rude for being hesitant about rescheduling a third time. So I had to leave this review. Unfortunate.

Even with arduous safety protocols surrounding work during COVID, Chris and staff made the transition smoothly and were flexible throughout; offering candid suggestions for our best interests. The final product was superb and we've had no electrical issues nor do we expect any. Thank you, Chris, and team at Paganini. It was a pleasure working with you on our firm's new home and appreciate your thoughtfulness throughout the length of the project.

Sergio & his team do phenomenal work and have been regular electrical contractors for both our HOA and for my extended family. He was able to scope and deliver a very complex EV charger project involving splicing new subpanel for all units in our building and then wiring each parking spot to be EV ready. His team completed all of the work extremely efficiently, pulled permits and coordinated inspections, and delivered the full project on a quick timeline and within budget. He also helped to repair our aging heating elements and wired our new appliance system. I would highly recommend Sergio and his team for any electrician project - they are the best!

Extremely unprofessional company. They lay off employees discreetly, without offering any severance package or notice period. My acquaintance was sacked within 2 hours, with no prior intimation or severance package. This company needs to be dragged to US Federal Court.
