Michael has been my go to electrician for several years and has taken care of several different electrical projects from simple troubleshooting to large electrical Service upgrades. I own various buildings throughout the city and he has taken care of just about anything I have thrown at him. I appreciate how professional he is & respectful of my properties. Harry and Alex have gone above and beyond with their work. They are great at communicating when and where they will show up, what type of work they have been doing, and what you need to do going forward for maintenance if necessary. When I say they went above and beyond, I mean that my housemate accidentally blew a fuse on New Year's Day, and Harry and Alex were at the house within 15 minutes to identify the issue and fix it, and we haven't had any issues since then. It was incredible. They also handled a potential headache with the permitting office and got everything done quickly and with minimum work on my end. I love their professionalism and will be happy to hire them again.

We hired Ricky to install a couple outlets for us, both indoor and outdoor. He was really careful to explain options and potential obstacles with our old Oakland house. He did a good job and left the area neat. Will definitely call him again.

We couldn't be happier with the job done . Mike replaced an old unsafe circuit breaker box. He left the wall looking much better than beforehand. He was prompt, clean and responsive to any questions we had. Reasonable rates compared to previous electives we have used.

Professional and responsive. Our garage is shared and needed careful planning and installation. We ended up having to pay a bit more ($250) for a walk through with the HOA, but not too outrageous. Total price paid was $3800 with a wallbox charger.

Needed help figuring out what was what electrically in large disused warehouse/office with old dispersed system. I didn't end up using REF, because Hector was such a straight-shooter that he suggested my handyman should likely have a look at the issue first to see if my electrical issue was a simple solve (and thereby save myself some money). This was after he patiently talked me through the problem on the phone and suggested some trouble-shooting. I noted REF has expertise with old SF buildings like mine, so figured I would call them back if it was a more complex issue - but thankfully, just as Hector suspected, it was not. Will certainly keep them in mind for bigger electrical jobs in the future. Thanks Hector!
