The electrician was meticulous and did the service as promised. He communicated well throughout and did what he said he would do. I was very pleased with the work, which wasn't expensive. Victor and team provided excellent service in a timely manner. We purchased a home that had original knob and tube wiring that needed to be fully replaced. Victor’s team managed the entire process including permits with the city. Within a few weeks we had updated wiring that was all within city code for San Francisco — and our place has a great modern feel from lighting that enhanced all of our rooms AMD outdoor space. Never showed up.... first time they said there was a work emergency, then he was going on vacation, so he was going to send one of his guys out. He scheduled another walkthrough and... he never showed up. I called and texted him to see what happened, he said he emailed me. Turns out they never had our email so lied about that, then even though confirmed via text and they never showed up he called me rude for being hesitant about rescheduling a third time. So I had to leave this review. Unfortunate.
