We recently bought a new apartment in the Financial District. As somebody who considers themselves pretty safety conscious, I just wasn’t happy with the previous electricians work in our new place.
We got the guys in to upgrade and install a new electrical panel. We also put in dedicated circuits to prevent against any potential surges.)
Sure, we could have carried out the work cheaper with unlicensed electrician who isn’t accountable, but that's a risk; and I don't gamble with electrical issues.

I worked with this company today on the repair of my outlet that was not working. The electrician arrived promptly within the time window. He was a very well-equipped and well-mannered guy for me. He really cared about my concerns and did it professionally. I will recommend this company to anyone and everyone who's in need of their services. Thank you very much!

On time. Excellent service. The electricians, Jamie and Belle, went way out of their way to do what I thought was extra stuff. Very reasonable fees.

The team was thorough, respectful of my partner and child and knowledgeable.
I had a 60 year old electrical home system and they upgraded us from fuses to a breaker system without a hiccup.
This was my first encounter with any electrical issues in home.
The work was all done above board with city approval and inspections that also involved coordination with PGE. I appreciated that because it meant the entire experience was on record and that they would stand behind their work.
I was nervous the first night because I had no idea what going from a 110 home to 220 capacity would do yo the old wiring in the walls. I was pleasantly surprised that everything worked as described and we are very happy with the quality of the experience.
I’ve already told neighbors about them and would definitely recommend this company to business folks I know.
It was a good and clean experience and I am still in telephone communication with Jorge about any questions I have about electric car charging. His knowledge and confidence is pretty impressive.

I didn't end up using REF, because Hector was such a straight-shooter that he suggested my handyman should likely have a look at the issue first to see if my electrical issue was a simple solve (and thereby save myself some money). This was after he patiently talked me through the problem on the phone and suggested some trouble-shooting. I noted REF has expertise with old SF buildings like mine, so figured I would call them back if it was a more complex issue - but thankfully, just as Hector suspected, it was not. Will certainly keep them in mind for bigger electrical jobs in the future. Thanks Hector!

Not safe on the road, don’t stop on stop sign making me do a quick stop, then show me the middle finger for no reason. What kind of drivers you have?

This morning about 530 one of there employees ran me off the road to pass me I'm in a hazmat tanker truck I honked at him then he started slaming on the breaks infont of me so I hi beamed him and he got more aggressive being a business owner my self I would not have a employee like that cause he would b a liability as well as not a good Image for the company.
