Best New Constru­ction in San Diego CA

Used Robs a year ago and he sent out two guys that were great, got the jobs done in good time at fair cost… so we went to Robs again a few weeks ago. This time Rob himself was on the job (he claims) - but never showed up and didn’t respond to calls or texts. We gave him the benefit of the doubt… two weeks later we rescheduled and he never showed again. Absolutely ghosted us. Never responded other than an emoji of “???”. Not sure what to make of that -political or unprofessional - but suffice it to say reliability is not there. After seeing other reviews it appears he has a pattern of doing this to a specific set of clients (search through them you’ll see what I mean). Very disappointing. Concerned that work done by his team “under warranty” is anything but legit and wont be covered if an issue emerges. Look elsewhere if you want work done without a hassle.

We have used Randy for various jobs. He is a straight shooter and knows his stuff. His price is more than reasonable. Our company fabricates and installs granite countertops. Randy is our go to electrician.
