Had five fans that needed to be installed on cathedral ceilings ranging from 9-13 feet high. Our service technician (Andrew) arrived when promised and efficiently installed all fans, some with remotes and others requiring switching out outlets with dimming and fan speed controls. Very courteous and engaging and made certain all was working to our satisfaction prior to finishing for the day.We have two fans to go upstairs (missing parts I had to order from the manufacturer) and plan to have Bolt install those once the parts arrive. Great value as I like billing by the hour as opposed to a specific job and great work. I had fans installed in other homes and there always seem to be wobbling with at least one of them. All these fans are have no wobbling issues what-so-ever.

I worked with Seth and George. George came by and assessed the situation and promptly called Seth to replace my two thermostats. Everything was fast and non-evasive. Honestly I would have probably cost myself more in repair even for a “simple” thing like this than calling them. I have asked them back to work on some other items. Very pleased.
