I needed a light fixture replaced with a ceiling fan/light fixture. I called AllGood at 10, Jose arrived at 11, and the job was completed by 2. You just can't ask for better than that!! The price was reasonable and the service was thorough. I decided to use them based on Google reviews and they didn't let me down!!

He was very courteous and patient with me. I have just lost my husband to a massive stroke. I was very tired today and not able to keep on track and communicate clearly with work to be done today. I had sent a list to mister sparky but he did not have it. But he was patient with me and was seriously concerned about my projects performed by mister sparky in December and January 2020. Also projects and warranties in my back lanai. My requests for warranty clarification on these recently installed led recessed lights throughout my house and smoke detectors needed warranty clarification. I had asked many times for this information from mister sparky. But never got what I had asked for. I had asked mister sparky several times before to clarify these warranties. My house is for sale and I need definitive information about warranties. Not invoices that used language about warranties that was not clear. Just give me simple wording about warranties on so much electrical work that mister sparky had done. I needed language that my real estate agent could use on my listing that would be specific about warranties. He committed that he would get what I had been asking for - for months. I think he saw my need and frustration to have that warranty work explained for a buyer to understand. I have to keep my listing on these warranties exact and understandable or I could loose a buyer. A Simple request. Just could not get it. Mister sparky did not think my request was important enough to get it to me.So it is my hope that mister sparky will finally give me what I asked for several times after talking to Michael. He seemed concerned that all my work done was not clear on warranty. He could not figure it out by reading the invoices. No one could. He was definitely on my side about this issue.
