He was very professional, knowledgeable and informative in explaining the electrical issues he identified and the repairs he was making. Wang's service technician, Nathan Thomas, notified me what time he would arrive, and he arrived on time. He was focused, efficient, and knowledgeable. He explained to me what needed to be done. The fee was more than reasonable and he would not accept a tip. I highly recommend his and Wang Electric Systems.

Ken & Caidan came out to give me an estimate. They were friendly, courteous & knowledgeable & HONEST. I had the kitchen recessed can lights changed out to LED can lights, also LED ribbon lights installed over the great room beam & over the fireplace & installed a large chandelier on a 16+ sloped ceiling. The chandelier was a challenge as there were problems with a part to hang it & communication with the lighting co. Ken & Mike handled the problem with professionalism & patience. I would definitely recommend Ken, Mike & Caidan & would use them again.
