Called 3 times and still no call back about moving an electrical line.

Not sure if the electrician was having a bad day but because his schedule didn't work for an afternoon or weekend appointment due to me working days I was immediately hung up on and told that my work order with my insurance company would be cancelled. Unfortunately, the customer service was not there with this company and in this line of business that's key for me.

Rogoz Electric is my first call whenever an electrical need arises. They won me over as a customer a few years ago because their quote was reasonable, electricians were punctual, and work was clean.

I recently had them out to run a new circuit. Bryce and Malachi delivered the same level of service I've come to expect, and even went the extra mile to ensure the wiring was routed as cleanly as possible.

It is a relief to have a trusted contractor to call when needed!

The front office might be nice but watch out for there guys on job sites. Just witness two of there guys, father and son straight trying to bully this one guy. The father just keep saying let's fight let's fight. While the son keep screaming same thing let's fight let's fight... This dude is trying to go to work and make money for his family. This is a sad moment for this company. Bullying will not be tolerated at any job site.
