He came to my house in less than an hour. He repaired the problem including the dryer plug, as well as a more serious outstanding issue with the external electrical main line, in about half a day and for a very reasonable price. He and his assistant had all of the supplies with them and were able to begin the work immediately. Barry was very courteous in answering all of my questions.
