The electrician was very thorough and honest about our options. He took the time to explain his suggested remedy and made recommendations to lessen the expenses. These freaking guys rock!! I called for an estimate. I needed a new service panel and new lines from the service panel outside. Edmond gave me a price better than everyone else. I was apprehensive because the lowest price is usually not the best. Because of the situation I was in, I decided to try the best price. Man, am I happy I did. Edmond and Erick went above and beyond my expectations. I just acquired the house and it was worse than anything you have ever seen. I was supposed to clean the utility closet out but I struggled disconnecting the gas dryer. Shamefully, I explained to them that I couldn't get the dryer out. They had that thing out in 5 minutes!! After that, they performed their job with absolute pride and integrity.Between my stepfather and I, we have 70 years experience in the construction industry. I wish I had the words to convey how important it is that you use GE electrical service. If you are looking for a clean, efficient, quality installation...look no further. Derek and Mac’s team was super responsive. Half of my house was running out of power and I made a call to Derek in the morning. He sent Mac here in 30 mins and they figured out the issue right away. Everything went very well. As this was not an emergency situation, the electrician arrived two days after my call. The first visit was for a consultation and explanation of suggested options - repair or replace. As the fan was 25 years old I decided to replace it. I purchased the fan. A visit was scheduled to install the fan. This appointment needed to be changed because of the electrician's schedule. The scheduling team was very pleasant and sensitive to my schedule. They always kept me informed. The electrician and his assistant were very professional, friendly, and competent. They arrived on time and did a wonderful job. They left the area clean and no plants were harmed by their visit.

Absolutely atrocious, very very high, fraudulent quoting practices, lucky we did not do any major work with these people and got a second opinion. Do not let them do an inspection on your house, it's absolute garbage.
