During the call the representive gave me a reasonable time bracket and needless to say the Technician was at my house within that time frame. Mentor the Technician call me first to let me know he was on his way. He arrived at my house on time. Mentor was very clean and professional at all times. He access the problem and trouble shooted until he found the nature of the electrical issue. Mentor work hard and diligently to fix the electrical problem. After the job was complete he tested all light switches and outlets to assure that all were safe and compliant. I definitely would recomend this company for all your electrical services.
