Was having a power issue in our home. Really appreciated the help Larry gave me. He wanted to try and resolve the issue on the phone before he came out to save me some money. Was able to troubleshoot over the phone and send him some pictures. He quickly told me what it was. And that resolved the issue, didn’t cost me anything. There was a serious electrical problem today. I went to google. All star electric was the first company I called. I’m please to say the response was comforting. The Electricians were at my house within 30 minutes of me placing a call. They are very respectful very prompt and got the work done . My service technician was Ervin and his mentor.

tldr: Very good work, fair prices, will use them again!I am still entrenched in a bunch of projects for my new house but I realized journeying through experiences with the cash grab outfits, folks who clearly have no idea what they are doing (of course you don't know it until they've done something irretrievable to your house), etc, I ought to take some time to sing the praises of Kevin and Jimmy. I started out interviewing no less than 6 licensed and insured companies for the job; Citywide's pricing was fair, in line with the industry and I found I had a good feeling about them. I wasn't wrong.I worked primarily with Jimmy and Pat on a total replacement for my knob and tube wiring. I found that Jimmy was nothing short of fastidious in his work and many others in the business have complimented on the quality and attention to detail in the final product. My house was a full blown construction zone when Citywide was here but these guys took care of my house as if it was finished - I really appreciated that since a lot of others have treated everything around them as fixable or disposable, resulting in some very costly future repairs. Jimmy and Kevin even went out of their way to recommend I make certain decisions that would later support retaining the charm of the old house, which I can't tell you how grateful I am now for those pointers.I plan to use this company for many years to come; the attention to detail, care, and respect that Kevin, Jimmy, and Pat show is second to none.

Called To have a ceiling fan installed and couldn’t be happier with the service. The technician Edward Klyuchnyk was prompt, polite, and professional.
