Called for a ballast replacement and 3 mins later I had an appointment set up for same day service. They worked around my schedule and arrived exactly when they said they would. Extra points for not making me wait!!! They also kept true to the quote they gave me over the phone, no last minute surprises. My technician was Erjon who quickly replaced the ballast.
