Our AC unit stopped work on a Saturday afternoon. I called Terry’s because they had serviced my units before. Even though it was the weekend I got a quick answer and set up a time for a technician to come out. Within 5 minutes of getting off the phone with the office the tech Jay called me. Gave me an estimate time of arrival. Called me back 30 minutes later and had a cancellation so was on his way. Jay was quick to Service and explain the situation. I appreciate Jay for his help and Terry’s for their service.

This Team was nothing short of true professionals.
I was very skeptical at first of the savings program
they were telling me about about but decided to give them a try
and to their word and to the penny they did what they said and
we could not be happier with our new total LED lighting system.
