I am doing an add-on to my home and needed electrical outlets and outside lighting installed. Dominic came to my home and I couldn't believe the professionalism of the service he provided. He did the work to perfection. He kept his work area clean and made sure to go over every detail of the job before starting it. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone. When I originally posted about using Alliance Electric; Our Electrician for a remodel project I had, I was in between jobs. I had worked for an HVAC contractor that had went out of business and reached out to Alliance Electric because they seemed like such a good employer that hired wonderful people. And now I am working for a wonderful company who backs their work, are honest and upfront about their costs for residential repairs and are always willing to help a customer with any problems that may arise along the way.
When our customer service representative answers the phone, she pleasantly makes each customer aware, upfront, of the $69.00 service call for our electrician to come to your home. This $69.00 provides you with an evaluation of the electrical repairs that you are needing and we give you a detailed cost on what it will take to make the repairs. We do not charge by the hour, we do charge by the job. We strive for excellence in our electricians and to give the best service possible to each customer. This may be why the electrician decided to reduce the cost of your electrical repair. As far as a payment made on this particular invoice, there hasn't been any as our records show. Email correspondence has been made to help rectify the outstanding balance on the account. We have received no further verification that you have paid this service call in full.
