Mike Gaddis went out of his way to be courteous, informative and helpful in the installation of the light fixture as well as providing a proposal for additional work requested.

Had them to come out to install a wall plug 15 feet from our electric panel. They took about 20 minutes, cut one hole in the wrong place and covered it with a plate. Then they installed the plug on the wrong wall which is also the wall they cut the extra hole in. Then they send a bill almost 2 months later charging for 2 wall boxes and $159 for labor. Who charges $159 for 20 minutes of labor and thinks that is in any way fair especially when they didn’t do what the customer asked the way they asked. Would not recommend this company to anyone.

Mr Electric was able to send Michael out the same day to verify that it was a bad breaker and not a wiring issue, and get everything fixed up in just a couple hours from our phone call. Highly professional, educated, and informative. I would especially recommend them for single women/older folks. They sent a text and an email with a picture and bio of our tech so we knew who to expect at our door. 10/5 stars
