Mr. Jones was extremely diligent in restoring my power. When he got to the house the problem at hand was a mystery and he carefully tested every possibility until he was able to find the issue in my very old and miswired house. His patience was extremely calming and I would def use this companies service again(hopefully I don't have to).

We had a wonderful experience working with Axcel Electric! I highly recommend them. Alex was extremenly responsive, thoughtful, creative and very easy to work with. He put in extra time and effort to work with the building to figure out the best solution for our apartment. His focus on safely and limiting our cost was greatly appreciated as well! Vanessa was also very responsive and super easy to work with - a great company overall.
