Gave me a rough quote over the phone, and then came over to take a closer look leaving us with a couple of possible options based on cost, which was greatly appreciated.. After choosing a direction, he had a crew there the next day.. The guys were very polite, and respectful, and did a great job in a very timely manner, sending work in progress pics to me, as I was not at home.. We are very happy with the end result..
