I needed some repairs for one of my rentals; Vlad did an outstanding job repairing previous water damage on one of my walls, regrouted and caulked the bathroom and repainted the living room. During the project, I decided to remove my kitchenette. Vlad found me a subcontractor and ensured the replacement was done before my new tenant moved into the unit.
