He called back when he said he would, he executed the job just as he said he would and when he realized he missed something in the estimate (which was already fairly priced), he added it at no charge. Knowing that we were on a tight schedule, he worked around our tenant’s schedule to complete the job over a weekend and then he followed through by scheduling and being present for the inspection several days later. Excellent communication, expert service, exceptional care.
