I needed some repairs for one of my rentals; Vlad did an outstanding job repairing previous water damage on one of my walls, regrouted and caulked the bathroom and repainted the living room. During the project, I decided to remove my kitchenette. Vlad found me a subcontractor and ensured the replacement was done before my new tenant moved into the unit. Excellent work with the layout plans to redesign several apartments. Ended up also using them to do the renovations themselves in two buildings, especially like their finish. Left the place clean as if brand spanking new. My guys didn't have much to do. Nice place to outsource work to if you ever bite off more than you can chew.
