Earl was very professional in his approach to the job. Very knowledgeable and patient in dealing with the client. He always was on time and quite thorough on the job. We needed to have our meter replaced, including wiring. He dealt directly with Con-Ed, setting up appointments and follow-ups. We were in good hands.
