H&A did an amazing job with all of our needs. They redid our electrical panel and upgraded it, added in a wall heater for our basement, and installed a new light...in a knob and tube fixture. All quickly, efficiently, and with wonderful explanations so we understood what they needed to do and why. We will definitely be using them again!

Corrected some old / dangerous wiring, tracked down a tricky loose wire problem, and did a few other minor things. Extremely good communication and did quality work all around. From the time we called them in until it was all fixed was only a few days. Would recommend for any and all electrical work!

Our home is around 60 years old. Unnecessary to say there have been various changes that have been done to the electrical system over this time. We were looking to wrap up the basement inevitably, and as we examined what was down there, we found leftovers of knob and tube and way as well numerous junction boxes, clearly far from perfect. Besides, the crew came in and settled everything. They were professional and knowledgeable, gave us many great recommendations, were courteous, and treated the house as if it were theirs. We lost power Friday due to an outdoor electrical short. It was scary with sparks flying and smell of smoke. Fire dept came, then Con Ed to shut off power source for safety. We needed a licensed electrician to get power back. Joe came Saturday to take a look and came back next day Sunday with coworker 8am sharp and fixed it. Great service!

I PURCHASED A MITSUBISHI SLIM DUCTLESS SYSTEM 3 YEARS AGO,WORK GREAT FOR 2 YEARS THIS YEAR THE UNIT DOESN'T OPERATE ,FOR THE LAST 2 AND A HALF MONTHS I`M TRYING TO GET A MITSUBISHI AUTHORIZE TECHNICIAN TO FIX THE A/C BUT NO LUCK.I RECOMMEND NOT TO PURCHASE MITSUBISHI A/C BECAUSE THE SERVICE SUCKS.

And I want to add that that that they PRANKED CALLED MY HOUSE! WHY? I DON'T KNOW!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I NEVER even used their services....and they have been HARASSING ME with phone calls....with prank calls in the evening hours! If it keeps up, I will DEFINITELY report them to the Authorities and the Better Business Bureau!!!@

Not the brightest bunch. Hired them to wire and hang a TV. Now the wall is riddled with holes and the TV is incorrectly installed. Will need to hire someone else to fix it. If you do hire them, make sure to supervise every move as they don’t do much thinking on their own.
