During the consultation as well as during the work day, Randy said that he would not charge for some services such as wire removal and then later charged us for it even after not all wires were removed.

We sent him pictures of the lights as we were shopping and he told us which ones to buy and later told us they were the wrong ones because he wasn’t paying attention. When I shared they were not eligible for refund, he did not seem to care.

There was a lot of damage was made to newly finished wooden floors. Randy said it wasn’t a big deal and that he would fix it but the scratches are still visible.

After the job was completed, he kept sending me invoices that had more services charged that were actually completed. For example, he charged for 5 installations of outlets when he only did 4. Each day I asked him to fix it something on the invoice and he was very aggressive about getting payment even after I explained to him that he was not charging correctly.

Randy says that he offered discounts. Its not a discount if you say something is free of charge and then charge it and then begrudgingly take off the charge after many uncomfortable interactions.

There were 2 additional holes from the recessed lighting installation that we had to get repaired at my expense. I spent days mopping and sweeping after work was done, although Randy claims that he swept and mopped.

As a new home owner, I am reaching out to several professionals to repair and remodel. The company who did the plumbing, floors and painting were nothing short of amazing with their professionalism and quality of work. My biggest regret is going with LED Electricians.

ASH Electric Corp has been a lifesaver! We needed to get electric work done in a rental property downtown, and they were the only licensed, experienced electrician we could find available. Not only did they do an excellent job, they worked quickly and efficiently. They're also very affordable - we couldn't be happier with the cost! Highly recommended!

2 Stars for how they conduct business. I called for an estimate and made an appointment. They did not show. When I called they said they forgot to write it down. We were rescheduling when he asked for the address again. I gave it to him and he said I won't do the job too hard to find parking. I gave him 2 star (instead of 1) because at least he did not waste more of my time

Earl was very professional in his approach to the job. Very knowledgeable and patient in dealing with the client. He always was on time and quite thorough on the job. We needed to have our meter replaced, including wiring. He dealt directly with Con-Ed, setting up appointments and follow-ups. We were in good hands. Tara, at the office, complements the service received from Earl. She was a pleasure to work with. Earl also did some additional work for us, as a result of my satisfaction in the prior work performed. I unreservedly recommend the company

Alex is an outstanding electrician. He is experienced, highly skilled and a great problem solver. In addition, Alex is incredibly respectful of your home, treating it like his own. His pricing is fair as well. This is the second time we have used Alex and he will continue to be our go to person for all things electrical in our home.

I got up this morning to find that my power was out. I frantically contacted several electricians for help, and electrific actually helped me restore my power. My power was restored within 30 mins of contacting electrific. I will definitely use their services in the future.

We didn't use them for the job, they weren't able to do it at this time.
As for dealing with them an absolute pleasure! They responding quickly, kept in touch we me and even offered an alternative electrician to call when they could not help us.

I PURCHASED A MITSUBISHI SLIM DUCTLESS SYSTEM 3 YEARS AGO,WORK GREAT FOR 2 YEARS THIS YEAR THE UNIT DOESN'T OPERATE ,FOR THE LAST 2 AND A HALF MONTHS I`M TRYING TO GET A MITSUBISHI AUTHORIZE TECHNICIAN TO FIX THE A/C BUT NO LUCK.I RECOMMEND NOT TO PURCHASE MITSUBISHI A/C BECAUSE THE SERVICE SUCKS.
