We ended up moving into our home and found out our dryer outlet was 3 prongs and dryer plug was 4 prongs. We called as an emergency to get this fixed as it was a Saturday afternoon and they were at our house within an hour. Our technician Tony was amazing! I PURCHASED A MITSUBISHI SLIM DUCTLESS SYSTEM 3 YEARS AGO,WORK GREAT FOR 2 YEARS THIS YEAR THE UNIT DOESN'T OPERATE ,FOR THE LAST 2 AND A HALF MONTHS I`M TRYING TO GET A MITSUBISHI AUTHORIZE TECHNICIAN TO FIX THE A/C BUT NO LUCK.I RECOMMEND NOT TO PURCHASE MITSUBISHI A/C BECAUSE THE SERVICE SUCKS.

And I want to add that that that they PRANKED CALLED MY HOUSE! WHY? I DON'T KNOW!! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL!!! I NEVER even used their services....and they have been HARASSING ME with phone calls....with prank calls in the evening hours! If it keeps up, I will DEFINITELY report them to the Authorities and the Better Business Bureau!!!@

Not the brightest bunch. Hired them to wire and hang a TV. Now the wall is riddled with holes and the TV is incorrectly installed. Will need to hire someone else to fix it. If you do hire them, make sure to supervise every move as they don’t do much thinking on their own.
