Vlad is INCREDIBLE. There is nothing he can't fix. Plumbing, Carpentry, Electrical, aligning walls. Everything else. Unfortunately, I had someone do work before Vlad that didn't have Vlad's skill. Vlad started with a few smaller projects and didn't break a sweat. The work expanded from there. With every task, Vlad make the very best suggestions on ways to resolve the issue and complete the work. He was always on time, under budget and, most importantly, Vlad was a very calm, courteous respectful and welcome presence in my home. I wish American contractors had Vlad's skills and integrity.
