2 times we had broken A/C and after working hrs it’s impossible to find anyone to help you, that’s how I found Coolray, they are operating 24/7, what is incredible, plus they will send you a picture of technician so you will know who is coming to your home at 8:30 pm.Jack Celatka came to fix our A/C and he did wonderful job, he was very friendly, had his shoes covers, inspected everything, solved the problem and even told me how I can sine to a membership savings program. Highly recommend!

Andrew was a great, knowledgeable technician who diagnosed my HVAC issue with a blown fuse. Downside is the cost of over $200 for labor and a quick, small repair on the fuse. Highly recommend the technician if you use Hiller though.

Had an exceptional experience from start to finish. Our tech, Jake, was respectful, thorough, and honest. Didn’t try to talk me into a service that probably would not have solved our problem. Will absolutely call this company going forward. I have zero complaint. Love that the company asked if wanted our technician to wear a mask out of respect and made sure no one in our home endangered their employee.
