I just had an excellent experience with MCH this past week. Our AC went out (in this crazy heatwave) in the middle of the night. Someone was able to come out on a holiday (July 4) to assess the situation. By 11am the next morning our unit was completely replaced, up and running. The crew was professional and did a great job.
