Dave R. was a total pro. Quick, thorough and good at what he does. Diagnosed the issue, created a short term solution and then wrote a report for me to bring to HOA for the big fix(turned out the diagnosed issue is HOA responsibility). Hoping they just bring him right back, but for now, Dave certainly left us better than he found us.
