The technician, Roy, took the time to problem solve multiple electrical issues at our house. He took the time to explain not only what he was doing but why he was doing it. Hiller always fixes our issue after one visit unlike other competitors in the area. Furthermore, the time Roy spent explaining why he was following certain steps illustrated his expertise, showed he cared, and reinforced that we will continue using Hiller for the services where I do not feel comfortable working myself or do not have the time to resolve.
