Feel we were taken advantage of during a time of need. Hiller provides excellent customer service, excellent communication of when repair man would arrive (even though it was excessive...text, email AND call). However, he installed a cheap expansion tank and took him less than 10 min. We were charged $199 for labor!! That is way too much for the amount of time spent. Then when he was done, he sat in our driveway for 20 min! Was he justifying his time on the clock?! We wasted time throughout his whole time here. I believe this company takes advantage of people in their time of need. We want people beware. UPDATE: General Manager reached out to me. We emailed and left voicemail back and forth. He made himself available Friday evening for my call. He listened to me and he explained the technician was new to company, but not new to the type of work. He said he spoke to the worker. He said he would review our bill and contact me later. He did email Monday and refunded me $100, stating the type of repair is in $99 bracket instead of $199. I received the check in the mail. I am very pleased that he called me and sent a refund.
