Highly recommend Kris, Seth, and the Hoffman team to anyone in the area. Due to insurance issues we have been with out AC since the floods on 3/28. Last Friday (5/14) afternoon our insurance requested more quotes to be returned by Monday. We called Hoffman and they were able to get someone out same day to provide a quote. By the time Kris had arrived we had worked with at least six other AC repair companies with varying degrees of success and were honestly tired of salesmanship. Kris listened to our needs and made it painless to get a quote. This also turned out to be the best quote we had received for the work! After approvals from insurance on Monday we called Hoffman brothers to let them know we would like to use their services and they got someone out the next day. Seth and his counterpart were equally exceptional and replace our full AC and heat in just one day.
