The two guys that came out were friendly enough; however, it wasn't until I told them that I already had someone from Hicks come out and quote me the service I had mentioned before they would provide me with the same option. Turns out, Hoffman was going to charge me $250 more than Hicks to perform the same service-refrigerant fill. They didn't seem too happy about me telling them, I'll think about it and get back to you.... Alas, I'm happy I DID think about it.... I don't THINK I'll be calling Hoffman again.

These guys provided above top notch service. They were able to provide me with same-day service on a Saturday afternoon and they were extremely efficient with their service. Not only was the service great, the technician who came to my home and I hate that I didn't write his name down, but he was extremely knowledgeable about the task at hand. But never-mind him being knowledgeable. The passion and energy that he had about his job was what made me know that I made the right choice with this company. These guys are really great. AJ is straight forward and genuine. Their work is great and they show up early for appointments. These days, to be able to say that you really trust someone is a rare commodity.
