Great job! They were on-site at my house within an hour of my request and expediently showed me what was wrong and fixed the electrical issue. Would rehire them and would recommend!

We had the heat go out when the outside temp was 20 degrees. They made a special trip to accommodate us the same day even though we were not a customer before this. We had a senior and a 2 year old so we really appreciate the service and know we can sleep well tonight. The service man was incredible and spent time to tell us exactly what the problem was and how it would be fixed. Excellent Customer service and I would recommend this company to anyone needing service.

I have had two excellent experiences with Frog’s technician, AJ, over the last week. Frog’s office was able to seamlessly provide me with an appt in a timely fashion, as well. AJ does a remarkable job identifying an issue and troubleshooting to devise a couple of solutions that he then spoke to me about the best course of action. His expertise has solidified my mind that I will only use Frog for any of my needs with not only AC, but now hearing and electrical. Having the piece of mind knowing I have a responsive and thorough company to rely on for those needs is very reassuring.
