Having to replace an entire HVAC is not a favorite experience, but Curtis talked me through the options and helped me make a wise decision that I felt good about. Helpful, easy to talk to, and trustworthy. He even swung back by after it had been installed by another tech Chris F (I couldn't be home when he finished) to make sure everything we had discussed was in order, and my Nest thermostat and iPhone app were all set up correctly.
