They offered to dig the trench for the underground work, but we decided to save ourselves $350 and do it ourselves. It was just a little shy of being deep enough, so they dug down another inch with no extra charge! The city inspector was just here and said all the work is ‘excellent’.

We asked for a quote to fix a simple electric problem in our condo. They said they would send 2 techs out to take a look and charge $95/hour per tech, and charge for a minimum of 4 hours. $760 minimum to fix a light fixture? That's basically a scam.
