By far the best electrician company in LA. I called with a problem and instead of just booking another visit James Garcia decided to ask me questions about the problem over the phone. He spend 2 hours on the phone with me after 5PM to help me fix my issue for free. I was sending him photos and he was guiding me through the steps I need to take to solve it. I will exclusively use The Electric Connection for any electrical work I need done at my house going forward. Thank you James.

Steve arrived on time (early, in fact) and was both knowledgeable and friendly. We had a couple of small things to assess and then correct, and he clearly explained what was wrong and how he proposed fixing. He also advised us on a few other things he saw but never pressured us. He completed one of the small jobs on Friday and said he'd be back first thing Monday with the parts for the other small jobs. He was on time again this morning and again explained what he planned to do. Very efficient; clear explanations; neat and tidy work; very professional.

Ed was the technician that was sent to our house by the company to fix the leak that we had in the kitchen.. He was friendly, explained to us the problem and gave an estimation of the cost and the time of work.. He did an excellent job, and eventually charged less than the estimation.. Thank you..

Last week, I was charged $399 for installation of a simple switch (no dimmer) and the wall plate. I learned later (on Google) that this is job in the range of $150-200. I contacted them and it doesn’t look like I’ll get a partial refund. Advice: shop around and don’t call this outfit.

We called power plus to get an estimate on a rewiring project using the latest cables for hardwired Internet connection. A electrician by the name of Andre arrived check the building out and spoke to us about requirements. We got the estimate and it was very reasonable compared the other company we called. We asked for a quote to fix a simple electric problem in our condo. They said they would send 2 techs out to take a look and charge $95/hour per tech, and charge for a minimum of 4 hours. $760 minimum to fix a light fixture? That's basically a scam.
