I have worked with Alex & Alex multiple times on both small and large complicated projects over the past few months. Smaller projects included changing outlets, switches, and replacing chandeliers. Larger projects included rewiring a kitchen, removing outlets from backsplash, and installing outlet strips and track lighting under kitchen cabinets.

They are detail-oriented and clearly communicate what work is being completed, and are the most responsive team in the trades I have ever worked with. When needed, they have even shifted their busy schedule to accommodate time-sensitive requests. They deliver quality work. Every time.

I found Power Up Electric on Angie's List. They had very high reviews on Angie's List (Top of the class). I spoke with at least 6 electricians to get a quote on an extremely minor switch change. Most of the other electricians did not answer the phone right away, so I had to play phone tag with the majority of the electricians I called. When I called Power Up Electric, they answered the phone right away. In fact every time I called, they answered the phone so that definitely sets them apart on that point alone. I spoke with Gabriel Chan on Monday and he made every effort to try to move his schedule around to come and see me the same day. He provided great service, his price was very fair. I received several quotes from quite a few electricians and Gabriel was the best quote.. Responsive, Fast, Great Service, Fair Price. I will definitely use Power Up Electric in the Future.

The world would be a much better place if every business conducted itself like A Custom Electric. The owner, Michael James, has deep and extensive knowledge of electrical wiring, from new construction all the way back to early 20th century structures like my home. He has performed all sorts of work for me, from moving lighting fixtures, running electrical lines for a new oven and upgrading my entire panel to 200 amp service. He treats his customers like they are his own family. He will take time to patiently explain (and re-explain) all of your options, allowing you to make truly informed decisions on any work performed. His pricing is reasonable and he works diligently to save you as many hard earned dollars as possible. A Custom Electric is truly a class act. Highly Recommend!

They charged me $499 to replace 3 GFCI outlets. You can buy a pack of 4 GFCI outlets at Home Depot for $49. So, their so call free service call with a membership fee is just a way to lock you in and jack up the price. You can easily get a free quote from many other electricians. I will advise to shop around before using this company. I called an electrician shop in Eagle Rock, but they sent an electrician from Montebello. It's not what I expected at all.

Very disrespectful. My father inquired this company for a project and the person he reached out to was very disrespectful. My father is hearing impaired and instead of providing proper and ethical service he mocked him for his disability. I do not believe this company is capable of running a proper business.

John from Legends did an amazing job. I was expecting a big mess, not to mention an ordeal related to the repair of a ceiling fixture with 6 bulbs from the 1950's.
