Steve was at my house within 30 minutes. Steve problem solved the issue found the problem, however due to poor wiring from previous electrician, Steve did what he could. Steve recommended a future fix and other ways to get around the issue, and get this, he was not pushy about it, he only mentioned it once, he was not trying very hard to get another sale, which was great because you do not feel pressured by the whole experience.
